First time order from this caterer and the service is good. Overall the food and fresh and nice especially the redang chicken and yam paste.

The food taste in overall still acceptable coz the 1st look at the green broccoli I grade pass in comparison to some catering I ordered before during festive season. My family likes the scallion chicken the most as it really taste like home made. I would say it is a delectable dish! As for the mango fish I actually like the real sweet mango fruit taste it carries. The prawn roll is a little oily and my family comment it fishy though I don't feel the same. I was quite disappointed with the scallop wrapped yam ring! The name sounds great but when I tasted it I thought I was delivered the wrong dish! However, when I took a close look, the so called scallop is really there (see the yellow dot in the picture shown) but like a peel of my finger nail!! I was quite delighted with the caterer conforming to my special request for eggless fried rice. However my disappointment followed, the yang chow fried rice did not appear as we used to know frying with fresh real meat. It is fried using sausages which I am always reluctant to eat esp when it is meant for my young ones!:( However, in overall I would still grade the food quality as moderate during festive season

The serving size could have been bigger, it was way too tiny for the price paid :)

Food was tasty. However, food was not hot enough due to only 1 burner per tray. Will be better if 2 burners were used.

Food layout: Terrible.

Food quality: The worst I've came across so far.

Food quantity: Portion quite small as compared to other caterers. Ordered for 50 pax but there was only 45 cups of mango pudding supplied.

Recommendation: I'll never recommend this caterer.

Suggestion: I suggest you remove this caterer from your list otherwise will affect your reputation on making buffet recommendations.
