Hits & Misses
A mix of hits and misses.
A. Hits:
1. Chui kueh - very nice. the chaipo is not oily and yummy. thumbs up.
2. Curry Puff - very nice. extras brought back reheated stil good.
3. Siew Mai - nice, not the floury type.
4. Brownies - decently nice
B. Misses:
1. Shrimp Dumpling with Tartar sauce - They change to some steam chive dumpling WITHOUT NOTICE - which is terrible in terms of service and food taste.
2. Carrot cake. cold n soft and no taste.
3. Mango pudding - texture heavy n floury like eating kueh.

Exceed my expectation.
The food is nice. Comments from my guest ... the fried hor fan has hotel standard... curry chicken is very fragrance, the yam paste gingko is just right... not too sweet. The platter was loved by the children.

Value for money. Decent food. Horrible service.
Indicated "Hort Park, Flower Room" as my party venue when I did the booking online, but the invoice turned out to be "Hort Park, Flower Road"!
Driver complained about having to push the trolley of food down 2 slopes himself and almost wanted to charge a surcharge!
Buffet table skirting came with a big burnt hole at prominent spot!
Ordered for 60 pax, but the food portion appeared to be only for 40-50 pax!
Indicated during my online booking that the buffet has to be cleared by 5pm, but the driver claimed that it was not possible! It was only after I stressed that I've already indicated it at the point of booking, and that Hort Park would charge me accordingly for every hour that the buffet setup is still there, that the driver managed to arrange another person to clear it by 5pm.

About the food and servings
The dishes turn out to be quite little for a total of 50 pax. Except the Fried rice. However, within 1 hour after the buffet arrive, my guest were complaining that the fried rice turn bad (smelly / sticky).
