Feedback from my guest - very disappointed
spaghetti not soft , too dry and all stick together
potato wedges salty
garlic bread very hard
soup too watery

no tissue was given

The rice is dry and the dishes are nothing fantastic, the chicken wing and fish are too salty.

Value for money, in terms of the variety of food, but not for the quality. The food was average. Nothing spectacular. The Christmas log cake was rich in taste but the design was fairly simple.

The food was expected to be ready by 7pm. However, it was only ready by around 7.20pm.

Food is okay but caterer came in too early to setup at around 12pm despite our indicate setup timing is 1pm and in early as well to retrieve the setup at around 250pm despite our end timing is 3pm. for my past experience other caterer usually gave 30mins buffer timing on the collection of the setup. This does not look good on us as my guests is still making their rounds on the food. I can understand now is festive season but not at the expense of rushing to get more deals.

Caterer is not generous in the utensils and rubbish bag. For 50pax, only 2 rubbish bag is provided.

Generally ok for the foods served.

The food was delivered abit cold but reasonable since its CNY. However the delivery guy told us they do not have change and will only take actual cash.
Food wise, the yam paste with pumpkin is really terrible... The yam paste is too little and the pumpkin sauce is too much and too starchy... Making the yam paste very disgusting.

Buffet set up is nice. Food in general is so so. Salmon is good. Soup is nice but a bit salty. The bento is the worst as the vegetables are over cooked.
