KIM KITCHENZ

Ordered for my elderly mother the 10 days trial. She enjoyed the food and we are likely to re-order again!

Portion: sometimes just nice sometimes not enough. there was a dish that’s was served with 5 pieces of chicken of which 3 with big bones.

Soup: very bland and not much ingredients in it. If meat, mostly just bones or a funny small slice of pork.

Dishes: can’t believe they served 2 pcs of harsh brown which I can easily airfry at home. What for I order tingkat?

For the price, we are better off with getting cai fan.

Only good thing is the food is on time and no spills.

Food quality is fine and portions are reasonable for 4 pax. Delivery is on time. Customer service is prompt.

We like the food variety. The food quality is up to expectations. Our favourite dishes are the soup and fish dishes.

Delivery always on time. The foods are tasty and the portion enough for 2 pax. Great variety of food.

Repeated Order for Daily Tingkat Dinner - good customer service and food variety for elderly parents.

Standard 3 dishes were quite enjoyable. 4th dish (soup replacement) were often disappointing and felt to be made just for completing the meal. (i.e. Hard peanuts, fish cake, fish balls...)

My mom and helper were anxious why is the food not delivered the usual time. Called and found out there is a change in delivery personnel.

Inconsistent portion of foods and moderate taste
Don't have 5days only 8days to try which is abit strange as it's like 1.5week

The soup ingredients is quite disappointed.
The veggie dishes are repeated quite often and very common. Eg. Like cabbage.
