1st time ordering from your website, is very bad experience!

This is what I order from Kim kitchenz! The taste is so bad! I call them to cancel my tingkat, but the customer service is very rude ! And cut my phone call! I order is for 10days tingkat! But I only try to eat one time! Is very bad taste! Lucky I don’t order it for one month!

Food arove late and cold.

For the price, I will not recommend, the meat dishes are good but veggies always Cabbage. Soup taste almost the same everyday. My boy always ask me why we drink the same soup everyday.

When we ordered trial, food always arrives between11.30-12.30pm. The first day we took up 20days, its about 1pm
Thereafter, 12.45pm to 1.15pm. Feels so cheated.

There was once it came without rice at 1pm and I still have to cook sth for my boy.

I changed my date to start 2 days earlier. They forgot ro update in their system
End up my MIL waited in vain without food. Subsequently was okie. Food wasn't great got repeat according to her.

Food and service was good! Enjoyed the variety everyday and i liked the soup! Food is not too salty and portioning for 2 was very good!
Dinner came really early to my area at 3pm plus though but i guess we just have to reheat .

Have ordered with this caterer a few times so far. Overall, good service and food. It's a bit more pricey but given that I have somewhat worse experience with cheaper caterers before this, will still stick to this caterer.
