Everyone’s taste is different. I ordered for different persons, some like the food and some didn’t. But the caterer is quite nice and accommodated some changes I made midway.

Food relatively tasty . Most of the time quite good , occasionally 1-2 days dishes not up to standard . Portion quite small for 2 pax compared to another caterer. Delivery for lunch around 11:30am . Customer service quite responsive .

Menu was well thought out. I like that the dishes were abit more unique than some other tingkats. Ordered for 2 adults and the portion was just right for 2 adults and 1 child.

Decent 3 dish 1 soup tingkat meal. Its also healthier choice with less oil especially the soup. It was clear and they use less fat meat to boil it. There were days nuggets or finger food were served. We ordered portions for 2 pax and 7 nuggets were served, could improve by portioning the food based on number of pax. Overall a good choice for tingkat service.

Taste of dishes are alight but slightly oily. It'll be good to have more braised or steamed type of dishes rather than fried ones which better suits the elderly folks.
Vegetables can be cooked slightly longer which will be softened to enable elderly to consume more easily. It will be good that for fish dish can have snakehead or "sheng yu" etc instead of usual dory fish.

The food is not too oily or salty. Like the fish dishes and the variety of soup. Will definitely recommend Kim Kitchenz.

Ordered dinner tingkat for elderly parent. Great food portion and variety of dishes. Delivery is prompt / early. Highly recommended.

Very responsive. There was some confusion on the last day of tingkat due to Chinese New Year holiday. When I seek clarification, they come back to me soonest on the next working day after checking their system.

Overall the variety of dishes quite nice. Especially like the herbal prawns and curry chicken. Portion sufficient for 3 pax as not big eaters.

Food quality is fine and portions are reasonable for 4 pax. Delivery is on time. Customer service is prompt.
