Late delivery daily

The delivery is always very late, it usually reached by 7pm with only 30 mins to finish the food as indicated on the box that the food has to be eaten by 7.30pm. My kid always have to eat snacks while waiting for the food to arrive. When I call to feedback, they says they are changing delivery man and if I got anyone to recommend, can inform them also. Not a very reassuring reply esp when I just renewed the tingkat. If it is still the same, I will not renew next time.

Wanted to have a change, so first time ordered from Kim Kitchenz. It is good as there are varieties of dishes and soups as well. Taste also good with good portion too. No regret to try this caterer just that the cost higher than my previous caterer.

Kim Kitchenz food are not salty and just right for old folks like us. Portion is good enough for 2 pax. We love the sweet sour fish and the pork ribs. All food are not spicy so is suitable for us. In fact, we have continue and renew for another 20 days and hope is the same taste as the 8 days trial tingkat.

It was mostly sumptuous lunch, even had herbal stuff some of the days. Dinner wasn’t as fantastic, kitchen far from my place at SK. Still good overall :)

Good food with a couple misses

It's unfortunate that they don't allow change of date because it's trial, even before it starts, because WFH arrangement can suddenly change.

Overall we liked the taste over 8 days of lunch except cereal fish was too salty for one meal. The "fried fish fillet" turned out to be frozen fish fingers, which was very disappointing to get in tingkat. Other than these two dishes, very good and will consider for future.

5 days Tingkat Trial for Lunch

5 days trial is good deal and all the food taste good, except for day1 where one of the pork dish was too flavourful/salty for elderly. Other than this, we enjoyed all the rest of the dishes and soup.

Just submitted new order for dinner 20 days and hope that my family will enjoy it as the price is on higher side compared to other caterer for 20 days dinner.
