The food and service is up to expectations. Food variety is ok and not too oily or salty. The soup dish is our favourite.

Satisfied with the tingkat meal. Usually is 2 main dishes + 1 veggie + soup. Big portion, soup not salty. Highly recommend. Will engage again next time.

Food and Soup is generally okay. Repeated orders for several months. It will be good if the caterers absorb the delivery fees of $30.00 which i think is abit.

Has been ordering from them all along. But this time round miss delivery on a Friday. Manage to contact them via WhatsApp (as I was overseas) just after office hour. (Glad that they have made improvement to be contactable after office hour). Manage to resolve the next day promptly. It was their mistake not reflected in their system. Order was extended by 1 day for the missed delivery.

Quality food and suits my family most of the time. Budget and value for money but the downside is that we have pay for the delivery charges.

This is my first time ordering from KIM KITCHENZ, and the food is quite decent. However, the dinner delivery for my area is at 3:30 PM, which is a bit early.

Renewed purchase 2 times already.

Timeliness and punctuality: Food was delivered on time every time except on 1 occasion.
Food packaging: Good, no complaints
Food quality: Initially was okay, but thereafter the portions got smaller, substituted with cheap ingredients with very little protein. Some days the meat was just fishcake. Soup does not have ingredients.

The food variety is quite good and we like the soup dishes. The food is not too oily or salty. Hope to have more fish dishes.
