The food portion is big, it is enough for a family of four.
Food arrived quite early, it will arrive as early as 2pm.
The customer service is excellent, they will accommodate your request if you call them in advance.

Food and service consistent. Easy to reach on WhatsApp and quick to respond. Prestige version can taste the difference. Just hope that portion is bigger.

Food was ok but kind of hit & miss.
The price is great and the delivery was always on time, they even had their own plastic bag.

For the price, food portion and quality is OK. Variety wise not too bad, got to eat different dishes however soups are quiet repetitive. Taste is not so salty to moderately salty for some dishes. Overall okay with the price and quality.

First order was ok. Second order was bad, taste of food was not consistent. Keep giving braised peanut to replace as soup.

Food was delivered daily at around 630pm. Timing-wise, it was fine. Food was average, some hits and misses as expected. Most disappointing experience was spoiled food delivered one evening. Food came around 615pm and we ate at 7pm. The stir-fried beansprout was distinctively sour. The entire container had to be thrown away, and my kids had insufficient food that night. When I reported the Kim Kitchenz, their only response was that they would feedback to their kitchen. They was no effort at service recovery. Will not be reordering from this caterer.

We have this dinner catering for long time. The food is nice, and price is reasonable. it is a good deal.

The food variety and quality is up to our expectations. The delivery timing is good for us too. Have been a repeat customer of Kim Kitchenz.

Food is good and delivery is always on time. Adjustment is easily managed and kim kitchen always send us the weekly menu
