Food taste was above average, portion was acceptable for two persons and delivery was on time every day

Parents like the food despite being first timer to ordering tingkat, at first they reject the idea thinking it will be oily, salty and not clean. very typical old people thinking. Now they have been proven wrong. no regret ordering from them.

Repeat order but soup was not fresh for at least 4-5 days. Sourish taste. Informed caterer and they check, it improved after that

Food is generally good, tastes like homecooked food. Soup sometimes can be slightly creative but overall still decent. Price is on the expensive side for me.

Up to expectations. Can whatsapp or call in to make changes to order arrangements. Response is fast.

Hence, we decided to try out their 8-day trial.

First, they missed out on our rice order. We had to cook rice in a hurry on the first day. We called Kim Kitchenz to clarify. They apologized and said it was a backend error. In any case, we changed our mind on the rice order and decided to cook our rice on our own instead for the trial with them. On a good note, they refunded the rice cancellation.

Dish portions tended to be on the small side.

Several dishes were based on processed meats/ seafood, such as sausages and fish cakes.

Deep fried dishes, such as sweet and sour pork and chicken, were soggy upon delivery. They were also excessively covered in a thick layer of flour.

The food is up to expectation and there is consistency in the taste of the food.
Will order again.

Food is not bad, tastes like home cooked food. Pricing can be better especially the delivery charges which adds quite a lot to the final price.

Food was generally good but a bit sweet for our taste. Good service regular delivery time and helpful staff when calling company.

My elderly mother doesn't cook and has a fussy palate so far this caterer seems acceptable to her tastes also I fancy the food is healthy so have renewed several cycles.
