Food is nice and menu always suitable for my palate. thanks for always deliver on-time and let me know if uncle unable to deliver/ late delivery.

Food is mostly late, we prefer to have lunch at noon however food sometimes arrive at 1.30pm, had to call in to enquire a few times.

Overall, I highly recommend this tingkat food service. It's convenient, tasty, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Meat smelled and veg did not wash properly. additional side dish was fish cake this kind of ready made food, if I have to eat ready made food I must well just cook it myself, I ordered tingkat is to prevent eating ready made food, end up i am being severed ready made food which I can buy from Fairprice and just heat it up myself kind of food. This is not acceptable.

Nice home cooked food. Early delivery. Enough portion for the no. of pax I order. Provide weekly menu for expectation of the food.

Generous with serving size. Some dishes were a bit salty but generally it was tasty. Would try the other menu next time to see what's the difference.

Repeat subscription. Food is well packed and minimal spillage compared to other caterers. Occasionally late for delivery but acceptable. Will repeat again

Decent quality although we noticed the containers getting slimmer, more fishcake/ fishball dishes recently, may be due to inflation and increased cost of living

First time try this caterer, Food and vegetables overall is oily and bland. Portion is good for 3 person.
