Food is decent but delivery is most of the time late and customer service need to improve...........

I have placed tingkat order for 2 pax last month. The delivery service and explanation was not acceptable and hence I did not even continue to the end of my plan. I terminated the service hald way through and request for a refund. I had previous tingkat orders previously and this was a higher price compared to Jessie, HewTop , Ronnie etc. However, it was a HUGE disappointment.

Late delivery 2 days in a row.

Explanation for 1st day: Traffic was bad - however, there was NO notification from them to inform me that the delivery is late. Delivery came in at 7.58pm and food was cold. I had to call, only then to understand that the delivery is late. Fair enough, they offered a 1 free meal replacement. I decided it was ok.

Day 2, food delivery still came in AFTER 7.30pm. Again, the explanation was heavy traffic and hence the late delivery. I was asked to UNDERSTAND the situation, that the company takes the safety of the drivers seriously. In another words, are they trying to say other tingkat caterers do NOT care for their drivers? Because this is NOT the first time for my tingkat delivery and I have NO issues with other caterers at all.

In terms of food, it is slightly better compared to previous caterers but again the tingkat package cost is higher compared to my previous tingkat orders.

The overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I had to terminate the plan within the week and source for other caterers. I strongly NOT recommend this caterer especially if you have family members who are diabetic that needs to have dinner on time.

The food is tasty and delicious. The variety is better than other caterers. The food portion is enough for 3 pax. Service is on time for lunch. Will recommend to other families. Thumbs up for the food.

Overall food is nice with varieties. So far only 1 time was late for delivery. Another improvement to be made is the soup container as some time it leaked and left 3 quarters soup. Can suggest to seal the container like those bubble tea sealed.

The food is nice and up to our expectations. Will order more on future. Food is tasty with ample amount.

Cynthia is very responsive. Food quality is good- way above "Cai Fan" standard. Generous quantity. Delivery can be delayed at times due to bad traffic. Have tried 3 vendors and sticking to Kimz.

Delivery was about same time everyday. Portion is good. Taste is good too. Service over Whatsapp is also prompt. Will be returning to them in future.

Food was decent but tend to be oily. Cynthia (admin support) has been very helpful and prompt with her responses.

Food is better than the usual caterer, at least not too salty or too sweet. Keep up the good service. Overall is still good.

Delivery of food is always very prompt. Soup dishes are nice; it would be good if soup is boiled longer to produce a nice base. Dishes are innovative and creative. A wide variety of vegetable dishes which are tasty and palatable.
