Good and yummy food. Have ordered few times for our corporate events. So far we feel everything is good.

Value-for-money buffet, generous with ingredients.
Delivery was on time, and the driver was very proactive in calling to find out where exactly to deliver.
Food quality was good, and everyone enjoyed it very much. They also found it to be value-for-money, especially the soup (Buddha Jump Over The Wall) which was chock full of ingredients like dried scallops and oysters.
Food quantity was also ok, and everyone had enough to eat.

Luo Huo Tang worth of money.
The soup is really thick that we can refilled 2 times of water and still having the nice taste.
Other dishes are also delicious and portion is so generous.
Really worth of value.
For sure will order again in December prayer.

Bountiful buffet for carnivores
All guests were waiting in anticipation when food was delivered 30mins after stated expected time but since it was communicated during order confirmation, it's acceptable.
Was pretty impressed by the caterer's effort put into food packaging and presentation. Though the food were placed in disposable containers, there was no spillage nor messiness.
Food serving portion was generous- enough to feed a few hungry teenagers and some guests had gone for 2nd round & there were still some leftovers at the end of the party.
The crackers provided for the chicken did gave us a pleasant surprise and it was the 1st item which gotten cleaned out.
The Buddha Jump Over The Wall soup was so chock full of ingredients that one dish alone already seem to cover 1/4 of the food cost. Super delicious and value for money! One of their signature dishes indeed.
Overall everything is fine except for a little flaws - chicken was cold and hardened probably it had been left outside at least 2hrs after cooking, during the packing and transportation process?
Lastly, the serving fork and ladle were quite flimsy to use so we had to resort to using our own.

Tasty Food
Taste - Our guests enjoyed all the dishes ordered, in particular the Sweet and Sour Pork dish.
Quantity - The serving size for the Seafood Noodles appeared to be less than expected (ordered for 20 pax and we had 18 guests) and it was not enough. Quite surprising as I had thought that the “carbo” dish would be usually in excess.
Order Experience - The confirmation call from the caterer (after online ordering with Foodline) took quite a few days (and I was left wondering if order went through). Even after the call I made to the caterer, caterer still took a long time to send an email to confirm the menu ordered.
However, closer to the event date, the caterer was pro-active to call up again to confirm that I’ve received the email and no changes were required.
Event Day - Food was delivered punctually.

Great food
Food are warm and good. Portion is more than enough for 10 pax.
3/6 food items do not meet our standard / expectations
(1) Lotus root pork rib soup is really awesome. 10/10.
(2) Pork rib and fried rice are really tasty.
The above three dishes can be re-heated and they do not change texture even when guests arrive later
(3) By the time the Kailan and mushroom arrived, it has turned yellow and looked really unappetising. We threw 80% of it away.
(4) Sweet and sour fish is soggy; the prawn roll is soft too.
I was expecting the Sweet and Sour fish NOT to be coated with any dough. It will be better if it is boiled or steamed. We feel like eating flour instead of fish.
In future could we have the picture of the food items in the online menu? If I have knowledge that the sweet and sour fish is coated with dough, I would not have ordered this set menu. And the prawn roll looked totally different from what I have imagined.
Catered food is best to avoid fried items. They turned soggy by the time the food arrived.

Good as restaurant.
Standard equivalent to that of Lao Huo Tang restaurant. Delicious and efficient order.

Soup is too little foe 15 pax as well.
