Nice Food but delivery time needs improvement

Food is good with exception of the Yu Sheng which is served with very coarsely chopped carrots and vegetables.
Delivery time needs improvement. Food was delivered 1 hour after scheduled time. Although allowance time is stated +/- 1 hour, this allowance needs to be shortened as guests are moving to multiple destinations during CNY and can't stay put at one location for too long.
