He will just hang the food on my gate and leave. Is it that hard to give a courtesy try to knock or ring the bell to see if anyone's home? Food portion given is small. Sufficient for us as we are not big eaters however if you require bigger portion, this caterer is not suitable for you. My food delivery is super early - between 3pm - 3.30pm. By the time everyone is home to have dinner, its already 7ish. So its beyond NEA given best time to keep food fresh. Hope that the caterer can really be more flexible on delivery.
