-The customer service melvin attitude was rude.
(any request just speak to the deliver man. bypass melvin no point wasting ur breath. super hao lian type.)

-Food taste is okay.but is not hot at all not even warm. i think the
food was prepared long long time ago.

Portion was too little I ordered for 35 pax tho only 30 turned up but first 20 pax arrived veg was barely sufficient for 20 pax tray was only half portion when arrived.

Ordered Sin Chow Bee Hoon but came Bee Hoon.

Was also disappointed in the bee hoon cos tasted normal and not as fantastic as stated in the past reviews.

Set up wasn't completed by the stated time, was later by 15mins and some of my guests had to wait.

The sambal pork and prawn sauce chicken are very hard, as if straight from the freezer. No taste of sambal at all and the chicken does not taste fresh too. Both dishes are alsmost 90% left untouched. Very very wasteful. But, the green bean soup and broccoli are a popular demand. Well prepared.

It can be improve to better & the yam paste seems to be one starch by one starch.

A bit disappointing, but caterer is sincere when I feedback. So ok lor..

Set up time was too early, 45 minutes earlier than the arranged time.

Ordered for 40 paxs, but the portion seemed small, especially the Curry Chicken(See picture to compare with other food). The food was generally salty, need to drink lots of water after consuming the food. The Soya Sauce Braised Duck were mostly bones instead of meat. Sliced Fish w/ Dried Chilli was not well-received. Fruit Punch was not enough.

Both the Curry Chicken and the Yam Paste with Coconut were good.

Overall, hits and misses here and there.
