Timing was precise, exactly on the dot, delivery man was polite and helpful.

- Setup -
The duration of the Setup was fast and efficient. All done and ready to eat in less than 20 minutes.

- Foods -

Top recommendation were Braise Pork, Curry Chicken, and Smoked Duck with Black Pepper.

Presentation of each dishes were pleasing to the eyes.
All dishes were covered in foil for hygiene and keeping the foods warm.
Portion of the foods were generous. Order 40 pax serving and definitely able to serve up to 55 pax!
Seasoning of each dishes were excellent, not too salty or too sweet.
Not much MSG were added to the foods as all 50+ of my guests did not complained getting thirsty at all.

As for the bad, the cover for table top can be better as a thin red plastic material cover was used. The skirting was joined to the table with just a few small thumb pin. My area was windy hence all skirting all came off.

The fried was pretty hard but taste was alright.
The cereal prawn was not those type that u find at restaurant or Tze Char stall, there is almost no cereals on it and no taste at all.
Generally other that that all foods are nice.

Overall it is worth it as guest loved most of the foods and its generous serving.

Very delicious and sumptuous lunch prepared by lion kitchen. Portion were generally sufficient and the thing my guests love the most was the curry chicken. It goes very well with the noodles.

The food is good and all the guests have good comments and gave thumbs up. The portion are also generous and cater for more than the numbers of guests ordered. Will return again for future parties

The sambal pork and prawn sauce chicken are very hard, as if straight from the freezer. No taste of sambal at all and the chicken does not taste fresh too. Both dishes are alsmost 90% left untouched. Very very wasteful. But, the green bean soup and broccoli are a popular demand. Well prepared.

Sufficient cutleries and utensils

Was looking for non Halal caterer and chanced upon this. The food were generally good. Ordered sliced fish with Thai sauce but the fish was replaced with pork. Together with the sweet and sour pork, the pork was a bit tough and dry. Like their curry chicken on their beehoon, braise pork and smoke duck too. Yam paste was not too sweet which guests commented good. Personally I like their pacific clams with mushrooms.

Food is fresh and delicious. Delivery man very friendly despite he spent so much time to locate our area. Will recommend to friends
