Amazingly good. Ontime delivery. Good serving portion. One of the best caterers that i had tasted. And very fast response .

Prawn w/cereal too dry without cereal taste.Need to improve

The service is fast and punctual. Food is generally Ok, guests like Beehoon and curry most. Fried rice is not good, it is hard and bland. The rest of the food are okay. .not too bad..

Ordered for 60pax but was disappointed with the quantity, especially kailan mushroom and curry chicken (refer to attached pictures).
HK noodles texture were alittle tough too. Overall food was pretty good.

We were greeting by the very friendly lady who came to deliver. The food came nicely packed was & the portion was really reasonable.

I had expected quite a bit from this caterer so I gathered feedbacks from my guests:

香港炒面 Fried H.K Noodle
- we thought it taste good but it was a little too dry.

姜葱鱼片 Fish w/ Onion & Ginger
-the sauce was yummy, the fish does not have too much of the flour taste. But I think it was fried for a little too long.

咖哩鸡肉 Curry Chicken
-amazing!! The gravy was just right, not too spicy, not too heavy on the coconut. The meat was tender and really good portion.
Only downside was, the potato was only a few small pieces. Would be better if more potato can be added.

咕噜猪肉 Sweet & Sour Pork
-a little dry cos it's fried. But the sauce tasted just rice.

香菇芥兰 Kailan w/Mushrooms
- my guest loves the sauce, kailan, mushroom, everything about this dish!

麦片鸡丁 Chicken w/ Cereal
-very dry, the cereal can be more fragrant.
But overall it taste good.

油炸虾饺 Deep Fried Prawn Dumplings
-snapped up in no time. I didn't have the chance to eat it but according to the guest, it tasted good! The thought I ordered it from wanton mee stall.

六味清汤 Hot Cheng Tng
- one of the best dessert the tasted! It was just right, not too sweet yet it still has the fragrance. The ingredients inside was quite a lot too. The kids loves the sweet potato.

Noodle is good but the chicken in the curry has this very strong frozen smell. maybe because we asked to send at 10.30 which is why they have no time to defrost the chicken properly.

overall was ok except for some bugs we found on the veg..
