Catering for 50 Pax for birthday party
Our guests were really satisfied with the food and were full of praises.
We had a few changes to the menu and when we communicated that to Lioncs Kitchen, they were promptly attended to by their in-charge who was really friendly too!
Lion Kitchen has also been very generous with the amount of food and the outlook of food was presentable with really appetising colours.
Most importantly, for the price, it was really worth it, thank you!

Definitely good for value and I'm going to stick to them. :)
Definitely no regrets ordering from this caterer. Food was pretty well received by all the guest and some even asked me for the caterer name, promising to book them for their next event.
The staff arrived early for the set up and they are pretty efficient with the setting up, even though its a tad early based on our expectation. Hence we will take note to inform them a later arriving time for our next booking.
Fried rice was a tad undercook, and its a pity as the rice is pretty tasty. Sweet & sour fish, smoked duck, curry chicken, braised pork with bun and orh nee are HITS for all of my guest and I've made a mental note to order all these again.
However, it'd be good if they can put in more effort then their vegetable dish as they tasted a bit too 'green' and bland for our liking.
Here's a quick review for each dishes:
Fried Rice - A tad undercooked, otherwise, its pretty tasty.
Fried Maggi Noodle - Dint leave much impression
Sweet & Sour Sliced Fish - A tad too tomato-y, would prefer for it to be more light and tangy. But they are very generous with the size of the fish sliced and its a very generous dish. A MUST ORDER!
Curry Chicken - Not exactly spicy. Loved the fact that its not overly oily and they did not overkill the dish with too much coconut cream. Definitely not jelak, even though it lack rich curry spice fragrance. You definitely won't regret ordering it.
Braised Pork with Bun - Nicely braised pork that isn't too fatty nor too tough. Not too salty and its well balanced with a hint of sweetness. It'd be a hit among the elderly. :)
Smoked duck with black pepper - Even though I doubt that they made it from scratch, but its definitely yummy nonetheless
Broccoli with mushroom - A very very light tasting dish and the veg is a tad too green tasting for my liking. But definitely beats having ugly yellow veg.
Chicken with Thai Sauce - You can't go wrong with this dish. The taste is pretty much expected for Fried Chicken doused in Thai Chilli Sauce.
Prawn with Cereal - The prawns are big and fresh. Other than that, it does fall below expectation for cereal prawn.
Yam paste with Coconut Milk - Their Yam paste is rich without being overly sweet. The coconut milk on the other than is pretty light tasting, which I guess, helps end the meal without getting the guest feeling all heavy and jelak. I definitely can overlook the coconut milk and embraced their yam paste itself.

Food is tasty can improve on portion and service.
Overall the food was okie, fried rice can be better too dry. The setting up of buffet was slow thus causing a delay in warming up the food that was been served.
VALUE FOR MONEY.
THE SMOKE DUCK IS A HIT, MUST TRY. OVERALL FOOD IS ALRIGHT. FOOD PRESENTATION AND DECORATION CAN BE IMPROVED.
Great Value... The Right Caterer!
Very good value for money. Food was good and portion was generous. My hubby said he might be getting this caterer for his office functions.
Even my fussy sister commented that the food was good . She likes the curry chicken, smoke duck and yam paste.
Thumbs up for the right choice!

Can and Worth a try!
As reviewed by others previously, the caterer set up was earlier than planned. Confirmed 2 times with Caterer to come at 11.30, but they arrived at 11am sharp.
Portion of the food are OK, ordered for 45paxs, and my guests consists of 42 adults and 11kids, there are still unfinished food. I think the food is more than enough for 50-55 paxs (adults).
Braised Pork was abit tough and the smoked duck quite salty

First try
Delivery men was friendly and courtesy. Ordered for 45pax but food portion consider small compared with other caterers i tried before so not enough for my guests.
Guests feedback that the prawn sauce chicken was hard. The braise pork w/bun most popular.

Can consider
Should improve on the table deco
This is very value for money as they will give a free dish
The caterer was very accommodating with my switch from HK noodles to fried rice. The set up was done pretty quickly and the guy was very nice.
The portions were good, I ordered 50 pax and its seem more. The curry and sweet sour fish were loved by my guest. I wish the fried rice was not as lumpy, it could do with more seasoning. overall its was a good value buffet.

Guests commented that braised pork w/ bun were one of the best they have ever tried.
Noodles goes very well with the curry chicken. It was very flavorful yet not salty.
Lastly, Yam paste fitted perfectly as the dessert. Not too sweet but taste excellent!
I will definitely choose Lion Kitchen for my future events. Great!
