Food was tasty but because it came one hour earlier than our timing, the food ended up becoming cold and our guests ended up not eating much. this resulted in a lot of wastage.

it didnt help that it was a mini buffet, so we didnt have food ... More warmers.

caterer could only say it was a planning issue - which they will review internally. for a company that started in apr 2022, i expected better.

This is the second consecutive year that I have ordered from Manna Pot CNY menu. It has not disappointed. The dishes are more elaborate vs most buffet usual featured dishes. Set up was nice.

The top favorite dish was Braised Herbal Chicken ... More followed by Whole Fried Barramundi. There was a lot of carbs left though as nowadays most people cut down on carbs.

Its also convenient that they include lo hei in the add on which saved the logistics of procuring from over sources.
