Good food with consistent quality. Generous portion. Food delivered on time. Food was packed nicely.

Disappointed with the delivery service.
I have ordered 25paxs of Supreme Buffet on 3 Aug 19.
The delivery of my buffet was late and the service staff was not able to provide me a invoice upon request. Payment have to pay in exact amounts if not no change will be given.

Overall the foods were well received by my guests except for salad prawn w/cocktail which I felt was too little and the yam paste with Ginko Nuts taste more like corn then Ginko Nuts to me.

Delivery and collection was prompt and the food was good. All my guests enjoyed the food. Set-up was done short and swift too. I actually knew about them through my friend's baby shower event where he used MeiHao99. This is my first order with them but second time tasting their food and the standard has been consistent. Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommended!

Generally the food was nice especially the braised duck and champagne pork ribs The otah was too hard abd blabd though. But portions were quite generous. There was more than eough food with lots to tapau.The bobochacha i ordered came hot. i thought would come cold so maybe the menu could indicate that for future orderers when ordering.
Lastly the food came slightly earlier than expected.

Delivery timing is punctual on Saturday, food portion is adequate and tasty!

The delivery was a little late but uncle delivery was very friendly. He was working alone and he had a few other deliveries after us so he was rushing like mad. Later found out he was working part time only.

I feel mei hao should send 2 delivery people at the very least.

Overall the food and presentation was good. The "beancurd in brown sauce" was one of the favourites among my guests. Recommended.

Food came rather late, the delivery guy only called at 11.16 am when we ask for the food to be ready at 11.15am. They mentioned that the set up will be at 10.15 am, 45 min before the requested time.

The wrong desert was given to us, we requested for sea coconut with longan but honey dew sago was given. It was hardly touched as many of our staff could not eat it at all.

The seaweed chicken was already soggy too by the time it is ready for us to eat.

We have order a few times from this caterer and had pleasant experience but this time we were rather disappointed.

Food is really yummy, but the portions given are too little. Not enough for the number of persons ordered. We felt about embarrassed when some guests didn’t get to eat all the dishes. Maybe it’s because the food is too nice that people eat more than they usually do, causing a shortage in the end? I don’t know...

In general, pretty happy with the service
