Mei Hao 99 Catering

Everything is in order. Delivery was on time, collection also on time.

Set up time took about 20 to 30 mins.

Will recommend to others, Food wise pretty good. portion was okay for 25pax.

+Food portion is generous.
-Calamari too rubbery.
-Seperately packed veg gravy shoudnt be cook until so sticky that is not sufficient to mix around with the broccoli.

Overall my family still likes the food.

Caterer arrive 30 mins earlier than expected. Fast setup. Food still hot. Like the honey pork & curry chicken. Overall food still ok but could improve on the prawn sausage ball and too much ice for the honey dew sago.

Food portion seems abit less for 35 pax. Food taste okay. Butterfly prawn was hard.
Ordered for 5.45pm. Food arrive on time but the tag on the food shows to be consume by 6.45pm by nea guideline. Shocked as food from caterer usually last for 4 hours only this caterer food can last for 1 hour. It means this caterer cook the food way early in advance. Very unprofessional.

The desert is nice, just that some of the tapioca is too heard to chew.

Meihao catering is getting better each year. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them. Guess for the subsequent events, will probably go for Meihao. Thanks for providing such a nice meals for my events.

Caterer arrived promptly at the set up time. food variety and quantity was well received by my guests. braised duck dish was very well marinated. buffet set up includes a vase of flowers. great!

Food was good. Guests loved the food. Setup was fast but the table provided did not have rubber soles for the legs of the table. As the setup was on a wooden platform in the condo, we were afraid that it might cause scratches to the platform.

The collection was very late. My function room was booked till 3.30pm but the collection only came at 6pm. Luckily, the next group using the function room did not order a buffet and were quite accommodating.

Delivery man was friendly, punctual and set up was fast. Food was acceptable, the portion was enough for 26 guests, the price was value for money and the guest enjoy it.

Mei Hao 99 never disappoint. I've ordered from Mei Hao 99 a few times and the food quality was great, generous portion, prompt service and friendly staff. Will definitely order again in the future!
