Food generally quite nice and good portion. However, caterer mentioned that extra 50% utensils will be provided when we called to check before the event but that’s not the case. Halfway through the event and only half of our guests arrived, the utensils ran out and we had to scramble to buy more. Very embarrassing experience

Generally all of the food was well cooked and presented well.

Most of the dishes served had generous servings.

Food was not too salty, had requested for less salty

Overall the food is valued for money!

Food is tasty. Personally I like the pork rib best because it has a very unique fragrance! Although some guest feedback that the ribs could be juicier, so older people may not like it.
I also like that the dishes provided very unique and out of the ordinary big brand caterer.
However one down side was the serving was smaller than I had expected, or when compared with previous catering experience. For example the yam ring, I ordered 25 pax, actual attendees were about 24, they only provided about 3 x yam ring, which meant each person would only have about 1/8 of the ring, by the time half of my guest had taken their share, I'm left with about half a yam ring. The very last of my guest had very little or none of some of the dishes left. It was good that there was no wastage, but in terms of value then in comparison with what others provide for 25 pax, then they seem more expensive.

Caterer was early and the food portion was generous. The food is tasty!

Overall, the food is good. However, the driver came earlier than scheduled for the collection. The driver was in a rush to clear the setup before we could start to pack the leftover food.

The noodle was too salty

Arrived early to do set up, food are warmed & mostly tasty. Coffee pork rib quite dry. Can consider upgrading drinks container for even better presentation.

The foods in my Lunch session is nicer then dinner session. Example the prawn taste diff

All is good with the food. However I'm not very happy with their delivery service. They came way too early to set up. I ordered my buffet to be ready by 11am, as my event is from 11am to 3pm. But they came to set up at 9plus and my food was ready before 10am. Because of this, they wanted to collect before my event end, and I had to pay them $20 cash to delay the collection timing.
