Delivery is 1.5hr late
Delivery was 1.5 hr late. Guests are waiting hungrily.
The set up is not presentable.
Though the operators called 15mins before actual delivery time to inform the reason and update on the delivery status twice, it should not held up for 1.5hr. It is not acceptable for catering services.
Hopefully such incident happened on CNY period with high orders.
Otherwise, it will shun loyalty customers off (I ordered from them since 2010)

Nice food
All dishes are good except for the yam ball (hard) and pork ribs (there's a tinge of banana taste). Nevertheless, will order from this caterer again.

The food is good and well presented.
The guests feedback that the food is good and presentable. Most of them liked the curry chicken. It will be good to provide French loafs together with the menu as guests likes to have their curry chicken with French loaf.
The caterer was friendly and will give you a call after you completed your order to reconfirm the order again.
