We always order from Mei Hao 99 buffet almost 3-5 events. The Japanese style seaweek pork rib like over fried & cook so the pork ribs are very hard & pretty difficult to bite for elderly or young children. The curry chicken standard was drop compare my past buffet & very salty ....last time curry chicken first to finish but this time round no one take as too salty. Sad. Curry chicken was the most favor dish for my family but this time round as disappointed as our families can see is different chief cook this time round. Crispy Butter Prawn and Breaded Golden Sliced Fish turn cold & very soft too....Seaweed Chicken w/ Teriyaki Sauce not attractive for my guest...due to different chief cooking this time round...
