Mei Hao 99 Catering

This is my first time trying Meihao and definitely not my last time! Was attracted to Meihao's catering because of the good reviews and nice photo presentation of the food. Was not disappointed at all. Food portions are generous. Will be trying it very soon again for my next event!

Tip: If you are trying the pork ribs with pepper and salt, it taste even better after airfrying.

Ordered this last year and was really happy with it unfortunately this year wasn’t as good but still good.

The fried rice was pretty bland and guests didnt really like it. Curry wasn’t as good as last year. But guests loved the abalone mushroom son the spinach, and prawns in the salad cocktail.

Pretty decent for the price but the fruit punch wasn’t enough unfortunately and I had to buy my own additional drinks. Delivery people were just as nice and friendly and last year :)

Service was good and delivery was on time. The food generally are good and my guest enjoyed it

Overall the food and the service was excellent. Guests present complimented the food was delicious and as a host, by the time i got to eat the food, 4 out of the dishes were wiped out! :D

Good Value for the spread of food available to choose from.
Drinks - Fruit Punch is diluted and not cold.
Guests enjoyed most of the food - especially Braised Duck and Curry Chicken.
Timely delivery and collection of food.

Food is good, above average...
Mei Hao shall not clear the food by just throw it directly in HDB bin, it dirtied the bin and left the food stain and smelt around the bin. Hopefully use plastic bag to wrap the food instead of throw it fro tray directly to bin. Thank you.

Delivery man was friendly and set-up was done very smoothly. Food quantity was generous and quality was decent and acceptable. However, caterer forgot to include the scallop in my ‘broccoli with scallop’ and the veg dish turned out too green and dry ( as seen in photo ). The seafood mee goreng was very well done ... tasty and moist! Best mee goreng ever tasted from a caterer. The braised duck was tender and the braised pork with pau was fragrant! But the BEST had to be their curry chicken ... really fragrant and lemak! It was indeed fuss free to cater from MEI HAO 99. Will cater from them again in future and will recommend friends to them also... despite their runaway scallops in my broccoli!
