I m not first time order Meihao buffet.
Overall food quite nice except sweet & sour using dorry fish & not fresh & the sauce make the fish too soft , suggest the sweet & sour sauce pack separately.
Hopes can improve better in near future!!

The prawn with salad cream is yummy, children like it while the broccoli is still raw, somehow hard, youngster is fine with it but not for the elderly.

The food was good and tasty. We enjoyed all the food. Although there were lots of fried rice left. It was one of the better fried rice from caterer that I tried. Tasty and not oily but the portion is too big. Maybe can reduce the portion to minimise food wastage. It will be great if the Bao for the Kou Rou can be warmed before setting up. From set up time to buffet start time, not enough to warm it up so it was cold.
