Really satisfied with the food and services provided.
Staff came early to do set-up so that we can start on time.

Staff friendly, food is hot on arrival. Meet my request: more gravy for curry chicken. Fried food likes butterfly prawn and fish fillet not oily.
Overall food experience: very good
Except sweet and sour pork: too floury and soggy

Overall good experience. The customer service representative was slightly curt. Delivery guy friendly and did the set up very well and collected on time as requested.

Food was warm and plentiful. Guest enjoyed the food.

The potato inside the curry chicken was very soft and matched well with our baguette. High recommend to prepare extra baguette as there is a lot of gravy for dipping. Although I have some feedback the chicken is a bit tough.
Pandan chicken was not bad too. Bee Hoon is soft and plentiful.
We threw 2 parties over the weekend, comparing to another caterer, we prefer Mei Hao’s set up (real flowers) and food quality E.g. chicken curry came in a deep pot instead of the metal tray, yam paste were plentiful to go around.
Drinks came in a smaller dispenser compared to the other caterer w same pax but our guests didn’t drink as much. We prepared packets drinks as well so it’s not a big issue.

Friends feedbacked the curry chicken and spare ribs were great!

Second time with caterer. Pineapple rice portion is huge. Quite flavourable, Curyy and sweet yam was the crowd's favourite. Pork Ribs are okay although much was left untouched. Broccoli is nice and remain nice crunch. Crispy Yam, Crispy Calamari isnt that soggy after quite sometime under aircon condition. And its my Favourite. Overall, guest are happy with the food and still have leftover. Few guest asked for contact.

The food overall is good. Our party was started at 5.30pm but the setup was only ready at 6pm plus for the delivery was late. The punctual is therefore very important.

The buffet was delivered on time, and the service was excellent! At the end of the buffet, most of the dishes were all wiped up by our guests and we heard that the pork ribs with honey sauce was one of their favourites. Pick up of the buffet was good as well! Good value for money, would recommend this to anyone looking for a buffet caterer for the first time!
