Red bean soup is really nice. Friends all commented that the food was nice too, especially the curry, red bean soup and crispy yam roll. Delivery man was on time. Sales person will call you a few days before your event to ensure no changes to the order.

The food were nice! Will order again in future for other event...

The food arrived a little too early. Approximately 45mins earlier than expected. With some guests arriving late, the food somehow turned cold.... If the food were to arrive on time as requested, the temperature of food would have been perfect.

The delivery came too early, which resulted in cold food being served.
In general, the food are ok except for the pandan chicken, as it taste weird and the fruit punch was too sweet, even though we requested to be less sweet. The amount of prawns on the salad prawn looks pathetic.

Caterer said will arrive 5.15pm to set up but was half an hour late. There was only one trash bag provided. Wished they provided more bags. Insufficient disposables and plates. The food was ok.

Delivery came early. The food was packed and arranged nicely.

Meihao Customer Service is great. They did check back a few times on the order and delivery to ensure everything is correct on the day itself. Food was set-up fast and everything was done nicely. The food is tasty too.

My event was at 12pm. Caterer arrived at 11am. Food was cooked at 10.15am. By NEA regulation, they have to keep by 2.15pm. Caterer came back to keep the food around 2.45pm to 3pm. My guests only started arriving at 1+pm and had that much time to eat. Food standard has dropped IMO. Either that or I didn't order the correct dishes. The food portion is rather small for 45 pax. Felt like it was for 40pax but it's ok coz not all of my invited guests came so I had leftovers.
