Caterer service is good: delivery on time, well presentation

My buffet time was 6pm but when food arrived at 6pm, it was indicated on the packages "to consume by 645pm". I think it is pretty unreasonable to expect my guests to arrive punctually and finished all the food by 45mins. Hope improvements on this part.

Foodwise, find it average, probably due to my choice - satay chicken, pork ribs, sweet & sour fish - all taste very similar. Like the crispy yam roll and peach w logan desert.

Overall food nice just that not warm enough...

This is for a school event for the foreign students. As the students were new to Singapore and have not experienced BBQing in Singapore, we wanted to show them how it was like through this BBQ at Pasir Ris Town Park and ordered a BBQ catering package from Meihao99. I was able to customize my orders and add more food to the given set menu on the website, as the staff in Meihao99 were very flexible. I dealt with a nice lady called Tella who was prompt with her replies and I appreciated that I was able to change my numbers 2 weeks before my actual event as some guest pulled out last minute. The comments regarding the food from the students were great. They loved the food. The only thing I was a little upset about, was that Meihao99 only accepts cash/cheque and does not allow 30-day credit term as my organization prefers this payment method.

Food arrived on time. Delivery man was friendly and helpful.

Signature Curry Chicken - Good but portion was too small.

Sauteed Broccoli w Mushroom & Beancurd In Brown Sauce - Tasty. Portion was just right.

Cantonese Style Prawn -
had a hard time removing the shells as the prawns were overcooked. Dish was mostly untouched.

Sliced Fish w/ Celery -
extremely salty.

Overall very good in service and value for money! Delivery staff was on time and was flexible in accommodating to our requests. Food was good and earned lots of praise from our friends.

Prompt delivery, delicious food and value for money!

Huge spread! Felt a bit wasted that we couldn't finish the food. Pick up time was also on the dot that we had to pack the food. It was delicious too. Very value for money.

Most of the foods are nice, if ideally the pork rib can be boneless and the youtiao & yam roll can be better as its a bit hard.

Will order again
