Fried rice is a little hard, portion is alot
Pork bun, i steamed the bun as it is cold and hard
Fried item is not crispy anymore as expected, therefore yam roll become very chewy

I think their normal buffet is better than the mini ones as I ordered previously.

Food was delivered promptly and they look appetizing.

1) I request for 6:30pm buffet but till 7pm the foods are yet reach my place. I have to keep call their office. When they reach my place all the foods are cold. Can you imagine?
3) The fried rice not cook properly the salted fish all in one.

Caterer is not self sufficient in the setting up as they required customer to provide water for the warmer.

The thrash was not properly disposed. They were irresponsibly left beside the refuse chute.

A very good catering experience and they are punctual.
