Mei Hao 99 Catering

Staff who confirm our order is polite and friendly. The presentation of the food is good even though it is just a mini buffet. Family members like the Stir fried satay chicken. The serving is really big for the egg noodles. Very generous of the caterer. More than 15 pax can eat. But the desserts serving is small. Not enough for 15 pax. Most of my family members comments that the sautéed brinjal is too oily. The sambal prawn a bit salty. As for the wanton not recommended because the skin become hard to chew when it turn cold. Will not order this fried wanton again but will still use this caterer for its good service and it's presentation. Overall it is still better some caterer which I have used before.

Food quality is good and tasty. Generous portions.

Buffet setup is plain with no decorations. Can be improved by providing a floral center piece and staggering of the food warmers.

Styrofoam plates and plastic cups, bowls, fork and spoon provided. Can be improved by using biodegradable disposable wares.

No food labels provided even though I have requested during ordering. No menu and NEA food preparation and safe to eat timings displayed. Only existed as a sticker on the invoice.

Good and reliable caterer (if you don't mind the boring setup) compared to other more popular and expensive caterers. Next in line will be How's Catering.

Overall the food is good.

Been to a few occasions that Meihao 99 supported and decided to go with them as they are a must have =) Seafood Hor Fun was pretty well received, although it was abit on the salty side for me. Kudos to the customer service who advised me to go with the Hor fun rather than Mee Goreng as i already have other spicy item on my list (curry chicken - must have!) Salad prawn was totally hot till i couldn't even get a taste of it. Braised duck with mushroom was a recommendation from friend and boy, it was great! Duck is a rare sight in catering menus and Meihao 99 really nailed it with this one. I personally loved the beancurd with crabmeat! Tender ball of crabmeat

Good service, deliver the food timely

Very good and prompt service, food is pretty good.

Delivery was punctual customer service call was patience. Food portion are enough for 30 pax with some leftover. Food was overall good especially curry chicken and assorted fried bee hoon. Do not like the sweet and sour fish and sour sop drink as it tasted bland. Will order again and try out other dishes.

Customers satisfaction

Food is tasty and will be ordering on 4 Feb 2016. Except there is no decoration and table cloth/skiting. Hope I will get a better decor this coming event.
