Mei Hao 99 Catering

Mixed reviews from guests. One said great food at cheap price, others said okay, a few said food was bad.
Personally I find the curry not too bad but if cooked with coconut milk will be better? The prawn salad is nice but pork ribs too dry and tough. Portion is right for catered amount.
Guests found ants in one of the drink dispenser and after reflected, was exchanged for two new dispenser within a short while. Good service.

The food is pretty good, portion is more than enough. The delivery and collection was on time, but earlier than the stated time for the food to be ready to serve. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The caterer came earlier, and our men helped to set up..only one driver is coming..lack of man power i have to say..Brought just two bottle of water to fill that warmer base...not enough..

Food wise, it's VERY DECENT & SUCCULENT!
Especially the Black Pepper Sliced Fish, sweet & sour pork, fried mee siam & CURRY CHICKEN!
The curry chicken is LEGENDARY!
The black pepper fish is very fresh & tender, over my expectation.

Delicious food, especially the Curry Chicken - you must try. Food is good and value for money.

Overall service for sales and delivery is good. The area I have to place the setup was limited, delivery team manage to put in the 3 tables without blocking my neighbours.
The braised duck was not cut, no doubt they are soft. But need some effort to break into small piece. Taste is good.

All food, except fruit punch, are delicious. The fruit punch is too sweet.

Value for money. will order again next month.

Customer service officer Shirley was very friendly and helpful during order process. On the day of delivery, delivery guy was quite late. I had requested for 6.30pm delivery but Shirley brought that forward to 6.15pm but food was still not delivered at 6.45pm. Called the office and the lady said she will check although she did not call back to update me. The food finally arrived around 7pm. Fortunately it was a small family event so nobody was really complaining.

The portion given was huge for a 15 pax mini-buffet. I think the bee hoon can feed about 25 pax. They were also very generous with the other dishes. Most of the dishes tasted okay although not impressive. Overall, it was good value.

Foodwise & pre-event customer service is good.

But the logistics service is quite bad as the deliveryman called me prior to delivery to confirm the address, but still went to the wrong place. When he called & ask me the address again, he sounded impatient & told me he had another delivery at geylang to rush to. Not to mention that he hung up on me before I finished talking. It's only 3pm when they tried to deliver to the wrong address whereas my party starts at 4pm. The food would have gone cold by then.
