Mei Hao 99 Catering

Food temperature is very important. A hot plate helps the food taste better. I ordered a mini buffet from Mei Hao 99 Catering for my housewarming party, understanding that as mini buffet, warmer will not be provided, so I urged my guests to dine right away when the food arrived. However, the dishes were quite cold, so the food tasted unattractive because of that, especially the Pork Ribs w/Champagne, which was so hard and dry. One of the guests told me the food was not bad. But my little daughter said this was not the real party, becasue the food was not good. So you can guess which opinion is truer. I assume there must some ways to maintain the food temperature on the way of delivery, or the food should be delivered real quick from the caterer's kitchen. Hope that it was not already prepared hours ago before delivery.

The food came promptly and the food quality is great for the price! The dishes are well liked by my guests. The quantity is large and I had too much leftovers

Price is competitive but quality is so so.

Pro- desert surprisingly well done n was finished in no time with good
reviews. Sweet n sour fish another hot favorite.
Con- curry chicken has a thick layer of oil on top. Broccoli was very hard. Salad prawns are not fresh.

Note: Only provide a small pack of servettes. Prepare own tissue box cos request for another pack is rejected.

All my guests thumbs-up for the food. It tasted like home-cooked food with lots of ingredients in each dish.

Suggestion - would prefer to have ladle for curry and almond jelly dessert than spoon.

Confirmation of book is fast. Food quality and quantity is enough for 12 Kids and 35 adults. Surely value for money.

Like the Signature Curry Chicken and Broccoli w/ Chinese Mushroom the best.

Good food for good price. No warmers was a bit disappointing but was warned beforehand.

Food tasted not bad. However the portion was way too little. Our crowd consisted of mostly aunties and children, not many big eaters.
