Mei Hao 99 Catering

Quality of food is quite good except the samosa was a little too cold.

I have order from Meihao 99 for many occasion in the past but I was surprised that when I order through FoodLine I don't get the red eggs that the caterer will give out for the baby shower!

I am also surprised that the food was not enough, in the past I have foods left over but this time I have a lot of paper plate left behind.

I even sent my son out to buy bread to go with curry gravy left behind.

Wasn't it supposed to provide better food enough for the number order rather than there's a cut when I order through a third party?

First time order from Mei Hao 99 Catering, Overall was good, The ckicken curry a bit oily , but go great with the Fried Mee Hoon. The Lo Han Vegetable taste great too.I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Overall the food is great. Tang Hoon is very tasty, salad prawn was delicious and got snapped up within minutes. Although rendang mutton tastes good, it's slightly overcooked and was quite tough. We will definitely order from them again for the food.
Unfortunately there was some miscommunications on the collection of the utensils after the event. The event is held at our studio and we have indicated collection time as 8.15pm. We waited until 10.15pm and noone came. Contact number given was to the office but noone picked up. We tried to contact the staff who delivered our food but he was not able to assist us. As we are situated in a commercial building, leaving utensils at the door may bring complaints.
At the time of submitting this review at 10.20pm, noone came still and we are still waiting.
It will be good if the company can forward the call to the delivery staffs after office hours for customers to call, expecially on collection.

This is my 2nd order with Mei Hao in the last 2 weeks. Think I need not say more about my faith in them to deliver good food in good time.

The sipulated delivery time is 1.15pm on 15 Feb 2014. But the delivery was only made only at 2.50pm. This 1.5 hour lateness has not only implicated 25 guests at my place and the food have already turned cold. Mini Buffet has to consumed within an hour after delivery. My guests had to consume the cold dishes, (especially this has clearly deviates NEA's mandatory requirement of not later than 4 hours from the time the food is cooked.) and the honeydew sago has tinge of sourness (might be due to the cocconut milk content and not delivered by the consumable time).

Whatever reason you may have given me for this lateness, your company should have a recovery plan, should the delivery cannot make it by the sipulated time, for eg. the most basic courtesy is to inform your client when the food cannot deliver by the sipulated time. OR send out a 2nd delivery van to deliver the food (I'm sure your kitchen has cooked extra.). Pls be transparent with your client by informing the ACTUAL time your delivery can be made and not telling me that it will be delivered in 10min for each call of the 8 calls I've made to your office. How many 10mins do you want me to give you in that urgent situation?

My guests has to consume cold dishes after being hungry for almost 2 hours. What's more was that they have found the honeydew sago has tinge of sourness. With this late delivery, cold dishes and spoilt dessert, this has made me difficult to face my own guests.

Great variety to choose, food are nice and big portion.

The food is excellent. Every dish is good.

Food is good with very big portions! the best dish was the yam paste as it has lily bulbs which is very special and all my guests loved it! the prawns were also huge and succulent. Sea cucumber was also value for money! I would recommend it to all my friends about Mei Hao Catering definitely.
