Didn't wish to give this review. Until they are not sincere and saying the auntie is not their staff. Was recommended by friend with good review. But didn't expect to be the worst I ever saw. The deliver auntie was late, keep argue that is the road jam cause it when we only ans with smile that we are hungry. She very rude to me n my guest. We got doubt in placing the buffet line. So ask possible for L shape, She gave attitude n rushing me to confirm the place, saying that your guest is hungry, faster think faster think faster think, infront of me n my baby. Worst is, she ask my friend to carry the table. She keep argue on my changing of placement. Then she accidentally drop some paper plate, she nag that is because we quarrel with her cause her cold heart. Then she again drop bowl. This time I only ask her to stop dropping, she push all this blame to me. N worst command my friend to wash those plate n bowl.
After all this incident, we call meihao99, didn't expect their reply is that this auntie is not their staff. Is the uncle wife.
How can a catering business anyhow let someone setup the buffet n being so rude and arguing infront of customers and their guest.
Is there any in charge can give me a good explanation.?

Food deliver on time but was not warm enough therefore food taste not so nice . Hope next time food will be warmer .

Prawn a bit soggy, pork rib and fish doesn't taste nice , wanton not crispy broccoli too hard . But fried bee hoon , curry, sea coconut , fried prawn sausage ball taste good .

This year the food is a bit soggy n not as fresh as in previous years.

Food portion is not enough for 35 pax. Dessert Yam Paste is very insufficient with a lot of coconut milk instead of yam paste...Braised duck with mushroom is very nice.

The food portion was just nice and the delivery was on time. The food standards has dropped as compared to before.

The food quantity is not enough, the plates, cups, tissue paper (1 box only ) are insufficient, and the fruit punch drink is also not enough. I booked 40 people and added 2 more extra dishes and still not enough for 43 people to eat.

1. The service provided by meihao staff was very inconsistent and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with their service.

Example 1: When I wanted to change some of the dishes in the set, the prices they quote changed all the time, it felt like that there was no standard price and it was up to them to decide the price however they feel like it.

Example 2: I rented an additional table with skirting and asked initially for the colour. They told me that it was a white tabletop with red skirting. However, the table top and skirting provided on the actual day was red. It was lucky that I called on the actual day itself again to confirm the colour of the tabletop with them, and another person who answered the call said that if I wanted a white tabletop I had to request, which the previous person I liased with did not inform me beforehand. As I have planned for the tabletop to be white, I had to make very last minute arrangements to get a white tabletop.

2. I felt that the food provided was not very value for money.

3. On the bright side, the delivery person was very accomodating and patient even though my event ended a little late.:)

Food wise can improve. delivery seems a bit rush and impatence
