Mei Hao 99 Catering

Food came a little early at 4.50pm. By 6pm, food was cold without the warm, as the weather was cool.

Quantity was good.
Crispy items were not crispy.
Honey pork ribs were so-so as the presentation of the dish did not have a Christmas feel.

At 13.99 per head and delivery charge of 25, I can tell you it’s not the most economical neither is it as delicious and tasty for an ocassion like Christmas!

Advice to Caterer, you do not have the Christmas feel and warmness of delicious food!

After the event, the man who came to clear the food did not dispose the food properly. The garbage bag was damage n food leak out along the staircase and all over the place. We had a hard time clearly the mess. Very disappointed with the service.

The Fried Hong Kong Noodle was overcooked while the Braised Beancurd was the least popular among my guest. Besides, the Almond Jelly Longan was too diluted and not sweet at all. Delivery man also forgot to bring my 20 stools and he took more than an hour to deliver them to me.

Not good. Broccoli tasted raw and hard. Pandan chicken too dry. Cantonese prawn okay. Fruit punch too sweet. Bun for the pork was hard. And worst still, food was cold except for curry.

THE ONLY THING NICE IS CURRY CHICKEN AND DESSERT. CEREAL FISH IS MY FAV FOOD BUT THEY SPOILED IT. CEREAL TOO SALTY AND NKT CRISPY AT ALL.
CATERER WAS LATE.. 5.45 SET UP 6PM REACH. AND HE COLLECTED EXTRA MONEY FROM ME. SAYING THAT DELIVERY CHARGE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE. ONLY REALISED WHEN I DOUBLE CFM THE INVOICE AGAIN. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Some dishes did not meet my family's expectations. Not sure why the fruits (e.g. pineapple) in the ice jelly cocktail is kinda hard and affected the entire dessert. Spring roll is oily. Curry chicken, bee hoon & sweet sour pork.is good.

The curry chicken and yam roll is good. Do not recommend honey pork ribs as its hard and with many bones. Other dishes are normal. honey dew with sago is so so also. The food portion is quite little, hence got to order more.

Food is generally ok in terms of taste. However, the quantity was insufficient. We ordered for 30 pax but there wasn't enough food for everyone. Perhaps only for 25 pax. For the dish, Broccoli w/Dried & Fresh Scallop, there were no fresh scallops. There were just dried scallop and mushroom. It was a disappointment, considering that this is not the 1st time we order from Mei Hao catering. They used to be much better.

Delivery was late for almost an hour and my guest were already at the event. Food portion was also bare sufficent

Service should be improved & food is ok only. Possible to provide drinks.
