Tried their 3 days trial dinner. Food generally ok. However some area for improvement in service.

1st day delivered only one box of rice instead of two (for 2 pax). Food was left at the door without any notification. Not sure what time the food arrived, by the time we pick up the food at 5pm it was already cold. Contacted customer service about the delivery. However subsequent 2 days still the same - food was left at the door without ringing my door bell.

Definitely will order this again. Dinner came on time and food was delicious! Had the trial and considering ordering their full 20 days meal! foodline

My family like the food. Variety never fail to surprise us. No complains if price don't increase every year like some other caterer.

Food was not bad. Find that food seasoning is not as strong as other tingkat but good enough for our young kid

The curry chicken is the best while the duck meat was surprising very soft and good upon recommendation by them. The packaging and delivery of the food is prompt. i will order again

The beancurd is a bit too salty. Prawns a bit small and flesh sticks to shell, not as nice. But the rest of the food are tasty. Though it’ll be better if they have delivered in heat insulated bag, cos the food a bit cold.
Portion is huge.

Ordered the food for my office colleagues. Food was good but portion not really enough, also maybe because my colleagues were mainly male who can eat a lot.

The food was generally good. Portion just nice for my family. The seafood white beehoon was good and the portion was generous.

Multiple renewal. Food consistency is there! My family likes it - thank you and keep up the good work.
