Food & quantity ok but Caterer service not up to expectation

The food is ok. But not so happy with the dessert being changed to something else last minute due to spillages, although was compensated with addition dessert, but both are not what we wanted.

Food review for On & On Diners

The food spread looked okay, but most of the dishes were salty or extremely salty and quite oily. Although they claimed themselves as a healthy food caterer, it is definitely not the case. But if you don't mind salty or oily food, then you can try them.

Irresponsible, Not reliable, Dishonest and Poor Service

Ordered for 15 pax for Mother's Day and receive confirmation. Only received food for 10 pax without following my order form.

As i was not around, i passed $271.25 to my brother to pay to the delivery. The delivery counted the money twice and when my brother and mother asked him if the money is correct, he had the audacity to say that it is correct even though he knows that it is wrong. Besides that, there is no golden mantou delivered to me to go with the chilli prawn and tofu.

The worse thing is that i email them twice and called the office twice to get the management to call me to resolve this issue, there is no callback till now.

This is the worse ever caterer that i have experienced in terms of customer service and recovery. The least that they should do is to get someone to call me to assure me that the case is being investigated and that they will get back to me asap.

Food arrived 30 mins earlier despite indicating 12.30pm as preferred time. Broccoli turned sour at 1pm when food indicated to consume by 3pm.

Dissatisfied

Feedback that we get from our family members about the food is, “not nice and tasteless”. Can say quite embarrassing to serve tasteless food to our guest for our mum special event. Honest review, will not recommend. A lot of left over foods that go to waste that day. ☹️

My first and LAST time ordering!

This will be my first and last time ordering from this caterer!!!
Event was 6pm but food arrived more than 1 hour late and I’ve started calling from 6.25pm only to be told that they could not reach the driver and ask me to wait for their call. When food finally arrived, they were all cold and look at the state of the eclair and cream puff!! All squashed and stuck together, can’t even be consumed and box was badly dented!! The tofu was also cold and turned sour.
I’ve lodge a complaint and the service guy informed will refund via PayNow but till now I’ve not received any confirmation.

Disappointed :(

Firstly the caterer came late at 655pm to set up. My dinner supposed to start at 630pm and all my guests were hungry especially the children.
Attempts to call the caterer hotline failed coz nobody answer and there was no call from caterer that they are delayed or late. Was about to find alternative ie. ordering delivery when finally the caterer came.
Have ordered the dishes based on recommendation but turned out to be a disappointment :(
Some dishes are too salty and the lemonade is too diluted.

Food was generally ok, food was not fantastically good or bad. Cheng Teng and salted egg yolk fish fillet were nice. Satay chicken was not what we expected, we initially thought it was like those that are sold at hawker centres where the chicken and satay sauce were separate. For On and On, it was chicken soaked in satay gravy which was not very popular with the guests.
