Food was good as always. Portion was more than enough. Delivery was on time. Have been our default caterer for quite some time.

Every bite was a delight! Everyone enjoyed the food so much especially their speciality. The team was friendly.

Salted egg chicken taste good. Other dishes are delicious too. Yangzhou fried rice a bit dry and tasteless.

Ordering process was easy, delivery was ahead of time.
Guests love the food, and the price is reasonable for 5-7pax. Portion is also sufficient to feed all. Cutlery, condiments, chilli all were packed separately. I wish the company can still keep some affordable options for people to have simple gathering at home. Sincerely thanks to On & On catering for the wonderful catering experience ! It was definitely above expectations!

Prawns was soggy. Macaroni tasted blend. Rest ok. Service was lacking as no reply to request to amend menu, phone also no one picked up

The only unacceptable is the order I placed is not completed. It did not deliver my vegetarian bento. Even though they going to refund but during the party it becomes inconvenient and affect my guest as I have to order from grab which delayed for more than 1 hour. Quite a bad impression and experience for my guests. If ask me to order again, I will need to reconsider as I do not know will there be anymore deliveries problem. Disappointed.

1. Slow replies from caterer. I literally had to chase for follow ups.
2. Food portion was insufficient. I catered for 40 pax.
3. Came to retrieve the buffet trays rather early. Like before 9pm? When my buffet only started at 6.30pm.


Good point: came before scheduled set up time. Thank you for that. And thanks to On and On diner staff Wai Kit for helping to liaise, otherwise I have no idea how to follow up on the slow and lack of replies.

On and on diners provide good food. The cooking is nice. Highly recommended to place orders for functions or meetings. The prep is gd. Praised by everyone.
