Signature Nanyang Style Curry Chicken has strong and nice aroma smell. Curry is thick too.

Chilled Cheng Teng with Peach Gum not bad.

Laksa Lemak Goreng (Dry Laksa), Wok Fried 4 Heavenly King Vegetables and the wanton all taste very salty.

Muscat grape drink too sweet.

Cannot comment food ordered as I was on HL. No feedback from staffs who has eaten the food. Will get further info

Prawns was soggy. Macaroni tasted blend. Rest ok. Service was lacking as no reply to request to amend menu, phone also no one picked up

The only unacceptable is the order I placed is not completed. It did not deliver my vegetarian bento. Even though they going to refund but during the party it becomes inconvenient and affect my guest as I have to order from grab which delayed for more than 1 hour. Quite a bad impression and experience for my guests. If ask me to order again, I will need to reconsider as I do not know will there be anymore deliveries problem. Disappointed.

1. Slow replies from caterer. I literally had to chase for follow ups.
2. Food portion was insufficient. I catered for 40 pax.
3. Came to retrieve the buffet trays rather early. Like before 9pm? When my buffet only started at 6.30pm.


Good point: came before scheduled set up time. Thank you for that. And thanks to On and On diner staff Wai Kit for helping to liaise, otherwise I have no idea how to follow up on the slow and lack of replies.

The food is nicely cooked. It tasted well especially the rice and Hokkien noodles.
The signature curry vege is nice but abit too little.
The choices of vege in Foodline is limited.

Food ordered for 35 pax. Delivery was for 30 pax only. There was also a lack of table cloth. Display was compromised. Caterer has yet to revert on issues raised.
The Broccoli was very starchy.

The delivery request time is 6.30pm , and the foods came 8.20pm ! Late by almost 2 hours!!!
Try to call but no one pick up the calls !!!!
Also , no inform that they need more time for delivery!!!!
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL !!!!!

The mini buffet just arrived after we ordered GRAB foods .

Prolly mix up of dishes. Did not receive the Curry chicken and Cantonese black bean sauce seabass which we ordered but was given something else. Fried rice OK, Dessert OK.

I ordered the CNY set for the first day of CNY and a birthday celebration. The food was okay, but I wasn't a fan of the curry chicken because they used only chicken wings! I expected some actual chicken pieces like other caterers do, but it was just all those tiny wings. Not the best way to kick off CNY with my guests.
