One of the dishes is being spilled during delivery (refund was given) and the delivery was late. The buffet ... More was suppose to be ready by 12pm but the food only arrived at around 12.30pm and setup took another 15 minutes. Everyone was waiting for the food. We need to clear the venue but collection of the trays at the end of the buffet was also being delay. Driver say will come around 4pm to clear the trays but end up only coming around 6plus 7pm. Multiple calls had to be made with on&on on the day of the buffet. The spilled dish, late delivery and late collection of trays cause undue stress for the consumer.
