More lot of gingko nuts and white fungus which was a pleasant surprise since gingko is not cheap. The xiao bai cai was still green and not overcooked but was swimming in soup which was a bit strange. You can skip the spring rolls - the skin was too thick with not enough filling. Like the food, the utensils provided were generous in amount - not just 18 portions as what some other caterers might provide.
