Unforgetable first time experience

Delivery was late for 30 min. Called the office but office staff could not provide the number for the operations staff and no one knew where the delivery was and what time the food can arrive. Operations staff also did not call me when I have specifically asked them to call me to give me an update after gone missing for so long.

Can & should improve on consistency of standard and delivery

Overall quite delicious food but let down by lateness of the delivery, less than 'whole' steamed salted chicken (evidenced by key missing portions!), slightly dry/overcooked fish, and excessively sweet dessert despite specific instruction for less sugar/sweetness. I gave this caterer full marks (15/15) on two occasions last year but alas I could only score it a generous 12/15 for the current event.
