One The Food

One of our family members was so impressed with the Mother's Day menu that she requested it again for her birthday. The comments in our earlier review apply. In addition, the scallop & fruit salad was very tasty as was the broccoli with egg and almond flakes. The seafood spaghetti was even better than the previous occasion, wonderful as it was then. Overall, another splendidly catered dinner by this company.

Wonderfully designed western-style mini buffet menu for 6-8 diners. The wild mushroom soup was thick and flavorsome. We all enjoyed the grilled salmon which was tender and the accompanying saffron sauce was delightfully zingy. The roasted boneless chicken fillets were succulent with generous rosemary and mushroom garnishes. Other highlights for us were the spaghetti marinara and the refreshing panna cotta topped with blueberries and sliced strawberries. In summary, a scrumptious dinner in celebration of Mother's Day.

This is the first time I am using Cita Rasa, due to my muslim guest I have to find a halal caterer. Even though the set up timing is a little bit longer but to my surprise, it was well decorated and the halal certificate is prominent placed. Food was nice, my guests had good comment on it. I will recommend to my friends.

I am impressed with the good presentation of every dish. There is distinct attention paid to every dish in terms of freshness, colour and taste. The menu is well planned with a fusion concept and is certainly a fresh deviation from the norm.

The Christmas turkey tasted juicy, was nicely wrapped and kept warm upon delivery. The order was punctual and delivered at timing arranged.

The Turkey was very good. Had to cut it up because we didn't have long knife to cut the turkey.

It would have been perfect if they had included beef or chicken ham in the menu.

Nonetheless, good turkey, and value for money! definitely recommend!
