Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

All orders must be fully paid for 3 working days in advance. Please note the following payment methods.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled with less than 5 days written notice.

We note our cancellation policy as follows. The customer is liable for:
a) 0% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with more than 5 working days notice;
b) 50% of the invoice amount if written notice is received between 3 to 5 working days prior to your event;
c) 100% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with less than 48 hours prior to your event.

A deposit of 50% is required for confirmation of all events above $1,000. All deposits are non-refundable, however, if you have paid a deposit and gave written cancellation notice of more than 5 working days prior to your event, the deposit can be utilised for other orders within 1 month from the cancellation confirmation. This is subject to our availability as orders are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Upon confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax is allowed. We will require notice of at least 2 working days should there be any other amendments to your event.
