My expectation of the food was higher, Thus, we feel disappointed and it could be better. Most were fried food which the guests did not like.
It could have been a better experience if it came with drinks and tables.

We did not manage to finish a lot of food as it was fried and I felt it was a great waste.

This is the first time I order from QQ Catering and I think they could do better

Delivery was punctual but that's as far as it goes.
Firstly, there was a problem with pricing. Website put 13.90/pax but after ordering, was informed it is 14.90/pax for 20 pax. I accepted it in the end though I asked to mix the profiteroles as a form of goodwill and was ignored.
Next, the broccoli was overcooked till it turned brown, even a little black. This should not be served.
Lastly, I ordered for 20 pax and they really gave 20 fork/spoon and plates. This is not good service.
Overall, not recommended.

Informed foodline operator event is at function room, offered to change postal code but operator say never mind as long as state function room, delivery will deliver there. Invoice also stated function room but when delivery came, it came 30 mins earlier and refused to deliver to function room cos 'too far'. in the end, we had to 'deliver' to function room ourselves using my own trolley.

In my opinion, all the dishes were just average. The Ah Ma Curry Chicken was too oily (I really hope this can be improved)! Even the Siew Pak Choy with Garlic Onion was oily as well. Eventually, we cannot finish the food. However, in terms of pricing, it is cheaper than other mini buffet packages.

Order Italian Herb Risotto and Penne Pasta Delicious Mushroom & Ortaggio BUT Oriental Fried Rice and Spaghetti Aglio Olio were delivered instead! I had children at the party and picked non-spicy options specifically... ruined the party.

Food arrived punctually BUT food was all COLD when arrived. Food were wrapped in normal takeaway containers and in big red plastic bags instead of Thermal Bags like Neo Garden or other caterers. Of course the food would arrived cold and unpalatable.

The awesome blackcurrant drinks were not awesome at all! Severely diluted and not even sweet....tasted worse than those 20 cents drinks I purchased from primary school canteen 28 years ago.

Shanghai green was too hard...

To give them credit, quantity of food was generous... but the presentation and taste and the wrong delivery of both rice and noodles were not acceptable. Basic courtesy is to delivery mini party packaging in thermal bag so customers can receive food warm. How can the caterer skimp on something so basic??

The delivery was horrible, call the person in-charge no pick up at all and they late for my events. Food wise some said nice some said not nice, however the most popular is the chocolate cream puff. Will not order from them again as my hubby do not like it at all..

Worst catering food ever. Will never order from this caterer.
