Service was prompt and punctual. I had made an order for delivery scheduled at 6pm and they arrived slightly earlier, did my garden theme set up quickly. The tables and decorations provided were great. Food portion wise, I had ordered for 30 pax and was worried that it wouldn't be enough to cater to all teh guests. However, to my pleasant surprise, portion was huge and it was more than enough to serve every pax at the end of the day. Even with leftovers to pack. Food quality was pretty good, love the dishes and how the drink wasn't diluted. The orange juice tastes great, a must order.As well as the deep fried fish fillet with mango thai sauce. The sauce was flacourful and it was wiped clean. However, the tomato rice with golden raisins lack in taste and flavour. Can be improved. Dust bins were provided and the clearing up process was quick and efficient as well. Overall, pleasant experience with my first order on Food Line and QQ caterer on their deluxe A buffet. Will definitely order again. and recommend it to others. Thumbs up!

Set my event time at 4pm, the delivery came at 3pm. Took abt 30mins for them to set up. Nice guys who didnt mind discussing with me on where to set up the tables. Told them that they can come at 7plus to collect, they came at 7pm but my guests have not finished eating yet (came late). They were very accomodating and gave mi more time by leaving and coming back at 8plus instead. Really thankful for that!

Setup was simple but nice! The lady who called to confirm the order was nice to ask what event was it and recommended the suitable setup.

Food wise: i really liked the aglio olio. But take note that its spicy! Maybe it shld bbe highlighted in the menu. The kampong fried rice was spicy too. End up no suitable mains for kids. My bad! Although the golden fish is soggy (naturally since its out for a while) but i liked the orange and pineapple sauce! The spring rolls are soggy too (all fried stuff will be soggy after it turns cold, for gods sake) but its actually quite tasty! My guests also liked the curry and longan with snow fungus wolfberry dessert.

Ordered min 20pax but i had only around 30pax including some kids, so lots of food left.

There was no tongs and spoon+fork prepare for servicing the food at all, I assume this was missed out by the caterer. Also, they didnt send the complimentary cake which was inform to me via phone. Disappoint with the service. Portion of food was much much less than the rest of the other caterer I ordered. I've never seen this less order for 20 pox.

Fried rice was very dry and chicken was in sufficient. Service was fast and efficient

Food came piping hot and the skirting looks classy and very new. Something yo9u rarely see from a caterer. Very impressive. Except for the fried rice which is rather dry and hard, the rest is great. The guests and host loved it. Finish almost all the food except that the caterer came for the collection at 9.00pm which is unexpected because he himself said there are too many households to collect and will only come over at around 10pm. Anyway, not so bad because most of the food are almost finish by them. Maybe can consider giving more portion.

The setup was on time n the feedback from my friends and I was that the food was delicious

Food is delicious. The scallop,cheesy salmon n the fried rice w crab meat n anchovies are all liked by our family member.
