Awful, cold food and wrong food items delivered! I had children at the party and picked non-spicy options specifically... ruined the party. Food ... More arrived punctually BUT food was all COLD when arrived. Food were wrapped in normal takeaway containers and in big red plastic bags instead of Thermal Bags like Neo Garden or other caterers. Of course the food would arrived cold and unpalatable. The awesome blackcurrant drinks were not awesome at all! Severely diluted and not even sweet....tasted worse than those 20 cents drinks I purchased from primary school canteen 28 years ago. Shanghai green was too hard... To give them credit, quantity of food was generous... but the presentation and taste and the wrong delivery of both rice and noodles were not acceptable. Basic courtesy is to delivery mini party packaging in thermal bag so customers can receive food warm. How can the caterer skimp on something so basic?? The person arrived about one hour earlier and the whole set up was completed 20 minutes the starting time of the event. I received mixed reviews of the food from my guests. Some thought that the food tasted pretty good ... More while others didn't really liked it. North Tom Yam Fried Rice - Interesting option, recommended. A little oily though. Herb Penne Veg Aglio Olio - Some liked it, some hated it. Personally I quite like the pasta and think that it is better than the boring beehoon/hong kong noodle/mee goreng option. The penne is al-dente, however, some Singaporeans may prefer the pasta to be softer. Baked 180°c Bbq Chicken with Fried Garlic - Favourite dish, highly recommended. Well-flavoured but not overly salty. White Fish with Peranakan 3 Toss Funny Sauce - This is similar to the usual zichar stall sweet and sour fish. Would suggest choosing the assam fish over this. Melaka Nonya Chap Chye - So-so Golden Shrimps Foo Yong Egg - Don't really like this dish. You can sort of imagine how it taste like looking at the photo.
