Cancellation Policy

Upon confirmation, any cancellation of the catering order will incur a penalty of 50% of the total bill, which increases to 70% if the cancellation occurs within three working days of the event. Should the cancellation be made within 24 hours of the function date, a penalty of 100% of the total bill will be imposed.
